SEPARATION PRINCIPLE

This technology mainly makes use of the bed surface vibration and wind force to make minerals, coal, reject, pyrite and other materials with different densities on the separation bed to conduct stepped spiral movement under the action of wind force and wind force. According to the different composition of materials, each step interval forms a fluidized autogenous separation medium layer with different densities. Repeated separation is carried out in the step interval to strip the low-density materials on the surface layer by layer, The buoyancy effect formed by the collision and extrusion of high-density materials (reject) particles is used to realize the separation of materials with different densities in each step interval.

APPLICATION


Steam coal separation. Maximize the efficiency of power coal separation with the lowest investment and operation cost, and the commercial coal after separation has low moisture, high calorific value and high recovery rate;


Chemical coal separation. Remove reject in raw coal and improve calorific value to meet the demand of chemical coal;
