CXF series disc roller screen
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The disc roller screen is mainly composed of frame, screen shaft, reducer motor, power distribution cabinet, field operation box, etc. The drive mode is divided into single shaft drive and multi shaft chain drive.The roller screen uses the rotation of the motor screen shaft to push the materials forward along the screen surface and loosen the materials at the same time. The particles smaller than the clearance of the screen holes fall through the gap between the screen shafts under the action of their own weight and the rotating force of the screen shafts. The particles larger than the clearance of the screen holes remain on the screen surface and continue to move forward, and fall into the belt conveyor or crusher to achieve the purpose of screening. A screen cleaning device is set under each screen shaft to greatly reduce the screen gap blockage caused by materials attached to the screen.
APPLICATION SCOPE
The disc roller screen is applicable to the classification of coal, clay and other materials. For materials with high moisture content, the screen gap is not easy to block. It has the characteristics of simple structure, stable operation, small vibration, low noise, less dust and large output.

CXCL (D) series flip screen
The circle drives the screen machine to generate linear vibration. Since the elastic screen surface is installed between the floating beam and the fixed beam, the elastic screen surface also generates an additional vibration along with the vibration of the fixed beam. The elastic screen surface continuously expands and contracts to obtain higher vibration intensity, which makes the materials produce strong projective movement. At the same time, the polyurethane screen can produce elastic deformation, and has a self-cleaning function to prevent the screen hole from being blocked.
APPLICATION SCOPE
It is applicable to the equipment for particle size grading of cohesive materials with fine particle size and high moisture content in coal, quarry, steel plant and other industries.

YA series circular vibrating screen
WORKING PRINCIPLE
YA type circular vibrating screen is an inertial vibrating screen with circular track, which is called circular vibrating screen for short. It is generally composed of vibrator, screen body, screen mesh, vibration isolation device, transmission device, underframe, etc. Low noise and stable operation. The vibrator adopts an eccentric shaft structure. The eccentric shaft drives the screen body to make the screen body vibrate periodically in the direction of the exciting force, and the materials continuously move round or oval on the screen surface. Due to the vibration of the screen surface, the material layer on the screen surface is loose and thrown away from the screen surface, so that fine particles can fall through the material layer and be discharged through the screen hole, and the particles stuck in the screen hole are vibrated out. In addition to the screening effect, the material moves forward to achieve the screening purpose.
APPLICATION SCOPE
YA type circular vibrating screen has a circular material movement track, which can be used for various screening operations. It is mainly used for classification of dry materials in metallurgy, mineral processing, coal preparation, building materials, power and other industries.

2PGC double tooth roll crusher
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The double tooth roller is used to crush materials with the high extrusion force generated by the relative rotation of two wearresistant alloy tooth rollers. After the materials enter the gap between the two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), the
materials smaller than the gap (discharge particle size) will pass through, and the materials larger than the gap will be crushed into
materials that can pass through the gap (discharge particle size) under squeezing, shearing and meshing, and fall into the lower
level conveying equipment. This structure can reduce the secondary crushing of materials with qualified particle size, thus reducing
energy consumption and over crushing caused by crushing. The crushing roll is made of wear-resistant alloy. According to the
properties and particle size requirements of the crushed materials, the crushing teeth can be divided into wolf teeth, bevel teeth,
eagle teeth and other teeth.
The mechanical protection device with pin sleeve structure is adopted, which will not damage the main shaft and is convenient for maintenance.
APPLICATION SCOPE
The double toothed roll crusher is suitable for the crushing of brittle materials below medium hardness in the industries of
sinter, coal, cement, silicate, glass, ceramics, etc. It is mainly used for the medium and fine crushing of ores.
