MZM intelligent mineral high efficiency separator for fine coal is a new type of intelligent dry separation equipment for fne coal developed by Shenzhou Group and China University of Mining and Technology to further optimize the bed structure and air distribution system according to the market demand and characteristics of fne coal, which is suitable for dry separation and upgrading of minerals below 30mm. This technology breaks through the technical bottleneck of high lower limit of particle size in traditional dry separation, provides a new technical way for fne coal and easy sliming coal, and is a demonstration technology for slime reduction.

FIELD TEST OF MZM INTELLIGENT MINERAL SEPARATOR FOR FNE COAL
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Low separating lower limit: the lower limit of effective separating particle size can reach 1mm.
High separating precision: Ep value: 0.12-0.23g/cm3.
Separating particle size: the upper limit is 30~6mm adjustable.
High product yield: all products can be recovered except the discharged reject.
Good environmental protection effect: no argillization, all pulverized coal can be recovered, and the environmental protection effect is good.
Low product moisture: compared with the water separation process, the cleaned coal product has low moisture and high calorifc value.
