IDS-M Type Underground Intelligent Dry Separator

With the increasing concept of green mining in coal mines and the gradual improvement of reject filling technology, more and more mines actively implement the green mining method of underground reject discharge and reject filling. The combination of underground reject filling technology and intelligent reject discharge technology has formed a new mining technology integrating mining, dressing and filling, which can effectively solve mining problems such as underground coal pressure, surface subsidence and surface reject hill, and achieve green mining.

The application of underground reject discharge equipment has changed the original process of raw coal lifting, ground separation and ground reject discharge in the mine. Large blocks of reject in the underground raw coal are discharged on the spot, and these large blocks of reject are backfilled and comprehensively utilized underground, which solves a series of problems caused by the stacking of coal reject piles on the ground, and is a major change in coal mining and coal preparation.


Structure Features


Small space

It occupies small space and can be integrated in one roadway.


No media consumption

It has no impact on auxiliary shaft lifting and does not occupy auxiliary shaft resources.


Simple composition of system equipment

There is no need to separate raw coal with water and medium, and no dehydration, disintermediation, water treatment and medium recovery system is generated, which greatly simplifies the process flow with few links and low failure rate.


Low backfilling cost

IDS-M can be arranged in the mining area. The return distance of gangue is short and the backfilling cost is low.


High intelligence

The system is highly intelligent and unattended.


Low production cost

The system is simple, the number of supporting equipment is small, the cost of spare parts and maintenance is low, the power consumption is small, there is no water consumption and dielectric consumption, and the production cost is saved.



TECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF IDS-M INTELLIGENT DRY SEPARATOR

◆ The system raw coal separation granularity is 50-300 mm, and the processing capacity is 100-240 t/h; 25-100mm(60-144t/h).

◆ The roadway is 6.8m wide and 7.0m high. Main separating equipment is arranged. A new roadway is opened between the connecting roadway of two warehouses and the ventilation roadway, and auxiliary equipment of the separating system is arranged.

◆ The high pressure gas required by the equipment is from the existing forced air self rescue system of the mine, which can be configured with 1~2 sets of 10 m3 gas storage tanks, with a pressure of 0.6-0.8 MPa.

◆ Wet dedusting method is adopted for system dedusting, and water can be obtained from the underground dedusting system. The dedusting wastewater will be discharged into the underground drainage system after sedimentation.

◆ The power supply is directly connected to the underground power grid at 660/1140V.

◆ The original roadway, coal bin and reject bin can be used, and the material transportation system can be used for the 

transportation of materials, equipment and accessories.
