FIELD APPLICATION OF CZM INTELLIGENT SUPER DRY SEPARATOR
The 2.0Mt/a dry coal preparation plant of South Open pit Coal Mine of Huolinhe Open pit Coal Industry was completed and put into operation in December 2018. The full particle dry separation process was adopted. The lump raw coal entered the IDS intelligent dry separation system, and the fne raw coal entered the CZM super dry separator. All the dirty and miscellaneous coals under the pit were selected, eliminating the spontaneous combustion of the dirty and miscellaneous coals, reducing the environmental pressure in the mining area, and realizing resource recovery and comprehensive utilization. In November 2019, it won the 9th Green Manufacturing Science and Technology Progress Award.
