Meaning: The national level has affirmed the dry separation of lignite, which has been
included in the technical catalog vigorously promoted. The dry separation of easily
easy-to-slime coal is also the main process in the scheme design of the current coal
preparation plant, and the dry separation technology can be preferentially used in the
reconstruction design of new coal preparation plants and old coal preparation plants.
Dry coal preparation has the advantages of high product recovery, no environmental
pollution, energy saving, water saving and consumption reduction.
Effect: Large lignite producing areas in China and Inner Mongolia coal producing
areas with low rank of coal metamorphism are all adopting dry separation and reject
discharge technology, and the average calorific value is increased by 500~800kcal/kg.
