Meaning: Coal liquefaction technology is mainly used in coal chemical industry, and chemical coal has relatively high requirements for raw material ash and moisture. The higher the ash content of raw materials is, the higher the gasification coal consumption and oxygen consumption are, and the faster the ash slag abrades the furnace internals, resulting in higher operating costs and increased maintenance. The dry separation and reject discharge can not only reduce the ash content, but also have the greater advantage of clean coal not increasing the water content compared with the water separated coal. The cleaned coal has the same ash content, and the water content of the dry separation product is 8~10% lower than that of the water separated product, greatly reducing the gasification cost.
Effect: The dry separation of chemical coal is widely used in Guizhou area at present. The cleaned coal ash after separation is less than 18%, the mixed refined coal ash content is less than 25%, and the moisture content is less than 7%.
